Legal Voice, a woman's advocacy organization, testified against similar bills in the past. Spokesman David Ward says, "the best interests of the child are paramount concerns." The organization believes this type of legislation can deprive a child of a parent with whom they've established a long-term relationship leaving children, "without necessary support."

This is always the line feminists use when arguing against fathers' rights—it's not in the best interests of the children. If it was mothers who were being denied custody, but still put on the line for child support, they'd be talking about how unfair it is to mothers, but they don't appear to be of the opinion that children need fathers anywhere near as much as they need mothers.

This is why feminism is anti-male, despite proclaiming not to be.

Can't get visitation because he's not biologically the father, has to pay child support because he's legally the father. Absurd.

I will simplify it. Make DNA tests as part of the regular testing a newborn goes through after birth. Paternity fraud would drop like a rock!
