DV Connect Di Mangan chief executive said with statistics showing one woman every week was murdered in Australia and three hospitalised from head injuries caused during domestic violence incidents, the focus could not be taken away from them.

“We can’t let the facts stop us from telling the story as we know it but we do want to acknowledge there’s some men who have protective concerns about their children and they have a right to be heard as well,” she said.

Bit of a Freudian slip, methinks.

It sounds like when facts interfere with the preferred narrative, some believe those facts must be censored.

The Australian government needs to recognize the dubious nature of a recent taxpayer funded media study, and reject all calls to censor news reports of male victims of domestic and sexual violence in Australia based on its faulty conclusions. The reality is that a murderer who believes they can avoid punishment for killing their spouse can invent a history of violence, and their cold, dead victims can't defend themselves from their lies.

The Common Risk Assessment Framework (CRAF), this framework is used by the national domestic violence hotline provider is illegally discriminatory, because the hotline engages explicitly in the detestable practice of using different weights and measures when they receive a call for help from men who are victims of domestic violence in heterosexual relationships. The use of the sex of the victim, and the sex of their relationship partner, thus their sexual orientation, in discriminating against them, is explicit.

Hope he goes for full custody before she turns the kids against him. Symptoms of abusive control there, and when judges can see this pattern of sustained allegations they often will turn to the parent that is not manipulating the children.
