Personally I think most cases of consensual sex with a minor (say 14 plus?) should be handled this way. No one got hurt. Unethical? Of course. Illegal? Shouldn't be.

We need a better class of people to be attracted to teaching. A solution is to raise teacher's salaries such that it would be desirable to better teachers.
