Whenever I miss my ex I do a few things. I use the TRP to remind myself she wasn’t special. I use the anger and frustration to motivate myself in my next workout, and I throw myself in to my work. By the end of this I’m exhausted, content from the workout, and happy at the progress I’ve made, while also gaining perspective. I go to sleep and start the next day fresh. Then I can continue to live my life, seeing friends, and getting shit done.

The point is you have to break the cycle, and after that first time continue doing so again and again, slowly building the tools to have abundance and realize once and for all that she’s just another girl.

Generally the point is to have other things in your life. Have a mission. If you don't have a mission, a girl can easily become that, and it's a huge turn off.

Honestly dude, what might help is to think about how pathetic you’re being. You dated for two months and didn’t even fuck, yet you’re stalking this chick. Think about how fucking pathetic that is every time you want to check up on her social media.
