Please explain the point. I didn't see anything that we should be upset about.

To clarify. I have no issues with holding an all female class that is paid for by the individual. If they are using taxes then I would have an issue with this.

My mother was a police officer. So was her father. The job is MUCH different for women and specialized training to recognize that is much needed.

A female officer, for example, MUST use different tactics in disabling and controlling a larger male suspect. And it is most definitely a male dominated field. There are issues that just don't tend to be thought about. Such as the fact that their gear belt weighs roughly 30 lbs and the process for taking a piss is a completely different affair for a woman and they can't be expected to whip it out road-side between calls.

There are plenty of real, work-related biased practices to focus on. This is not a valid one.
