Hey guys I’m a bit socially autistic and just started getting out there(22 yrs old). A friend of mine got me a job where he works as a shift manager( he later admits that he knows I won’t call off) . He’s good friends with the store manager and he confessed to me yesterday that he’s been telling the manager that I don’t work hard. Another thing is when I tell him personal things that bother me at work ( telling him not to share with anyone) , he shares it with the manager . I also had an interview in my career field and needed to call off a day prior to it. I called in the office at a time I knew my friend is working with store manager ( to put in a good word for me), he did not bother to tell the manager and told me to come in anyway . Are these examples enough to judge an individual on?
