I had worked in the oil and gas industry for a couple years till oil recently hit 37 a barrel. I have had to take a job at a bar. The bar is all male managers, but the female employees get treated totally different. We have a cocktail side with high tables and a restaurant side with low tables. The cocktail side makes almost twice as much as the restaurant side and is essentially in charge of all non management decisions. The kicker is only women get to work the cocktail side, and restaurant side is relegated to both men and women. How on earth is this not blatant work place discrimination?
