I'm not sure it's misandrist to show a single parent family, is it?

They are after all quite common and besides the uncle gets more screen time as a carer than even the mother ... (which even made me wonder what they by 'uncle' they meant (new) partner of the mother rather than her brother?).

Just to update you on this, as others have said this was from a couple of years ago and received a massive amount of criticism from the MRM at the time, both from the German side (I remember posting on german Nivea sites) as well as the english speaking sites.

They tried to defend it but were quite honestly overrun with criticism and in the end they were offering apologies both publicly and to individuals that had complained.

To address the point about they later did one including the dad, they did do one including a dad, however I don't think they (if memory serves me well) that only included a dad and not a mum, which at the time we were asking for to rebalance it.

I think they learned a great deal from that mistake.

If this hadnt been addressed id be for revisiting it. But since it has this is nothing more than trying to keep outrage alive when there is no need.

Its like outraging over the draft as if it is still active today.

It’s from two years or so ago and the company released another one after that one including the dad.
