Probably not. Amy Schumer admitted to sexually assaulting a drunk man, nobody cared. Lena Dunham admitted to sexually abusing her sister, nobody cared. Rhonda Rousey admitted to beating up her boyfriend, nobody cared. Female privilege is so out of control that women can actually confess to serious crimes and nothing gets done, and i don't see why universities would be any better -- if anything, they are probably worse!

Considering the attitudes of most staff members in particular in university it's extremely unlikely, but then again with the amount of pressure and backlash they're facing precisely because of this attitude there may be a different result from normal.

I realise that's probably not the sort of answer you were thinking about, had you asked me awhile back I would have probably said no one would give a fuck about her. It seems though lately even just talking about this is enough to make some people start finally gaining a conscience and doing something about it.

Either that, or we'll get what some cunts often do is where they get rid of the person but try to make all sorts of excuses for her and somehow try to excuse her actions.

I don't think a man or a woman should be kicked off for that.

If the person they claimed to have raped will not bring the case to the police, I don't see any reason to think there's a problem.

If she called it rape, almost certainly. If she phrased it like "having fun with a passed out dude" or something maybe not, although I'd certainly like to think so.
