I'm pleasantly surprised. Could this lay the legal ground work for challenging discriminatory practices at other employers or is this a special case due to the government being the company's primary customer?

Investigators say the company based work assignments on gender stereotypes: putting women in “light duty” jobs and having men do more labor intensive work

I can think of a handful of other GSA companies that do very similar things.

SLAM! They hit them on two of the three biggest forms of workplace discrimination.

And the beauty part is that win, lose or draw, this is going to be hugely painful for Ameriqual. Just complying with the investigation is an ordeal.
