Actually one of dozens of quite distinct reasons women make false accusations. Although on college campus, "I regret what I did when I was drunk" does seem to be a big one.

Change the "dressed like a whore" part to "dressed provocatively" it's less offensive, and probably more accurate.

Or better yet remove it entirely. There is nothing wrong with dressing "provocatively". This is the type of stuff that makes us look like misogynists.
