Hey guys, I'm a 22 year old. I go the the gym everyday after work. It's my favorite part of my day. I look forward to it all day at work, and when I'm there I don't want to leave. I've been going on and off for years, but have been going consistently for about 3 months now. These last 3 months I've been going hard on self improvement. I've noticed some significant results already, lifting heavier and heavier. It feels great!

Since I've been going regularly around the same time on the same days, I've noticed some of the hot chicks that are also regularly there when I am. I know that they've noticed me as well. Multiple times I've had some extended eye contact with a few of them, one of them tapped me on the shoulder and asked me to help her adjust the machine she was using, and sometimes they just happen to come workout right next to where I am at. I enjoy seeing hotties there, I feel like it makes me go a little harder in my workout when I'm aware that they're watching me. I just can't for the life of me bring myself to say ANYTHING to them. I tell myself that I'm going to approach one for them today, then when the moment comes I just stay silent. Inside of my head I always rationalize reasons why I shouldn't approach. Then after I miss an opportunity to game one of them, I feel like shit. I guess some of it is other people being around, some of it is what if it goes bad and I have to see her all the time after that. I don't know. I want to get over the mental road block so badly. I imagine how good it would feel to just say fuck it and approach, but still everyday I pussy out. I am really confident that these girls are into me and want me to approach them, I just freeze up every time.

Maybe the gym isn't the best place to game, both you and the girl are sweaty, got headphones in, lots of people around, and the taboo of being "that gym creep" despite all of this I still want to make it happen and at least get a phone number or three while I'm there. Any tips or stories from how any of you manage to game at the gym or how you got over a mental block that I'm experiencing?
