Didn't watch... just wanted to add my own view (that's what the internets are for, right?)

Yes, biological sex exists.
But no, it's not what traditionalists say it is, because it can't be simplified into one gene or two chromosomes despite what everyone's 11th-Grade teacher thought.
For feminist theory to work at all, it requires gender essentialism, at least for men, and that means biological sex must exist, at least for men (which in turn means it must exist for "not men" also, or you wouldn't be able to distinguish them).

Anyone denying the rich diversity of gender, butch-femme-ness (is there a single word for this concept?), and orientation is going to be fighting a losing game as biologists fill in the gaps of our knowledge on this.

There isn't any strain of feminism that claims biological sex doesn't exist, the video maker must have got his wires crossed, the person he is responding to even acknowledges biological sex exists.

edit - Am Im being downvoted for saying things that are true here!?
