There are moments where I feel down as fuck. I've been improving myself for the last 4 years and the fact that I'm still a virgin sometimes brings me back to beta mindsets. That's why I aim to fuck a 5 as soon as possible.

Nevertheless I made huge progress but it's like I'm never satisfied and I don't feel rewarded at all for all the improvements I made. (I would consider a reward fucking a girl)

Getting dopamine from good sources surely impacts this. That's why I quit videogames, tv, porn and all that useless shit.

I noticed that reading some posts on TRP gives me a spike of dopamine and makes me feel motivated and positive.

What you do when you have this short moments of "sadness"/depression? Can you link me some posts you read to flip back into alpha/positive mindset?
