"Women wake up in strange flat after nights out to find they had been raped". Neither remember their night out, but admit was very late & drink was involved. How do they KNOW it was rape, not consensual sex with equally drunk men? Is 'rape culture' myth poisoning minds causing bias & assumptions?

Feminism is encouraging a witch hunt based on false rape accusations. They are pushing for a definition of rape that means women are raped even if they consented, as long as the women want to feel bad about the sex afterwards. The last time feminism managed to pull this off in the USA was back in the early 20th century, but this is already the case in India for example.

Feminists believe all sex between a man and a woman is rape by the man ("all men are rapists") and they push for laws and punishments for "rapists" on that basis, while denying a woman can ever rape a man.

Feminism is trying to define consensual sex while drunk as "rape" if the female participant for whatever reason wishes it so the morning after. And while being drunk removes a woman's responsibility for sex, the same condition of intoxication does not remove a man's responsibilities for sex. In essence, feminists think that drunk women are in the position of being unaccountable, defenseless children, and the expectation is that men step in to the role of responsibility and accountability for anything that might happen.

Part of it stems from fear of date rape drugs. Many people wake up in their beds the next morning after a crazy night, and assume they drank too much but don't remember how they got home. But if you wake up in a stranger's bed, the fear is that you didn't drink too much, but were drugged.

That's the problem of being blackout drunk. You're fully conscious at the time, but you have no memory afterwards. You don't know if you were a willing participant or unconscious.

easy: promiscuous women do not see themselves as such. When they are really drunk their promiscuity is at the highest. When they wake up sober it is at the lowest.

Basically go to bed a drunk slut gangbanging whore and wake up a poor victimized church going abstinent angel.

did any of you even read the article?

two people, complete strangers to each other, woke up in strange places suffering with what appears to be withdrawal symptoms from a date rape drug. taking the facts at face value, it is difficult to argue that a rape did not take place.
