A California judge has ordered the University of Southern California to stay its expulsion of football player Bryce Dixon, who was expelled late last year for alleged sexual assault.

The next day, the accuser told her boyfriend, another USC athlete, about the encounter. He was never called as a witness during the disciplinary hearing, which Dixon believes is because the boyfriend felt the encounter was consensual.

Even her boyfriend wouldn't testify that she felt used, holy fuck.

Who wants to bet this was 100% consensual, she felt bad told her boyfriend when he got pissed she changed to story to "I got raped".

This is a terrific day for due process. I have had enough with the turning the burden of evidence to the accused party, and in doing so, making the accused guilty until proven innocent.

What practical value does this ruling have? He can't just jump back into classes, and I'm sure they haven't refunded wasted tuition, so this is a hollow victory at best
