Community of the Wrongly Accused: Regret = a 'rape-ish' situation

It's difficult to imagine how a person like this manages to function in everyday life. This is the kind of person who I'd imagine walking out into the middle of the road and getting hit by a bus while she contemplates whether or not she should get out of the way. Perhaps our society has gotten to a point where it is simply too safe. I have no other explanation for how someone like this manages to make it to adulthood.

I need feminism because my iPhone's thesaurus for the word "conflicted" don't quite describe my conflicted feelings. I need a new word for that. Feminism's definition of what FBI ranks as second most violent crime fits my feelz better.
