I'd say confidence is the most important. Physique gives you confidence though :)

Men look at face, tits, ass, and maybe if she’s fun.

Women look at height, confidence, popularity, family upbringing, profession, education, intelligence, humour, what she’s heard from other women, etc, etc, etc. She got a chart and she’s ticking shit off as you talk.

I have a friend who is short-ish, overweight, dresses somewhat poorly, is a medium income earner, hair is thining etc. In all frame of reference he's a nobody. Except he was born with the gift of unquestionable confidence. He gets more women than any other person I know. Not just any women, but total smoke shows.

He can talk. He has a strong presence when he enters a room. He's influential socially.

You don't need to look like Thor to talk to women or get a better job. You just need to believe without a shred of doubt that you're the shit no matter what.

He does and it pays off in spades.

Physique, because it's a lot harder to be confident, and having a good phsyique builds your confidence not because you look better because you accomplished something that took alot of work.

They go hand in hand. If you look good, chances are you feel good about yourself and that boosts confidence.

You can also turn the question around, which is more important in a woman, physique or confidence? If a women looks like shit but is confident, you might be attracted. If a woman looks amazing but is meek, you might be attracted (chances are, yes). If a woman looks amazing AND is confident, I guarantee you'll be aroused.

Why not be that guy to women?

Physique until you're attractive enough that she considers you an option then confidence is king.

Confidence all freaking day. Ideally both. Being jacked wont necessarily bring you confidence but how women start treating you different will give you the confidence.

If youre jacked but stay home and go to work and dont socialize you wont be getting sex.

I used to be jacked with dough and now Im out of shape and broke and get more ass now because I have more self confidence/positive outlook and because Im more social now. Also I live in nyc now, dating is wild out here

I had barely any confidence when I had barely any physique. Gaining physique helped me mold my confidence, and now my confidence grows all on its own, while I focus my efforts on my physique.
