You know, the gov't caves so easily on the petty stuff, it makes you wonder if it is not just thrown out there as a distraction.

But when it comes to the seriously invasive and liberty-destroying programs, they are relentless about enacting and enforcing them.

Considering the location, and what anything related to family law does to men and their children, the display of tortured men seems appropriate to me. The only thing that surprised me, though it shouldn't, is that they were emboldened enough to display in art form what it is they help do there.
