"Accused rapist" is profoundly dishonest. Two independent investigations found Nungesser innocent while his accuser, the vacuous and exploitative Emma Sulkowicz, refused to even cooperate. Fox, as always, cannot tell the truth. Someone exonerated of a crime is announced to the public as someone accused of a crime. I guess a man accused by a woman will never be free of the accusation no matter how wrong it was. "Guilty until you can never prove yourself innocent."

This Title IX lawsuit is probably the most important such lawsuit in the history of the law because this lawsuit establishes that men get the same civil rights in society as women, no matter how bitter this makes feminists. This lawsuit establishes that universities cannot deny men access to education no matter how much this makes feminists bitter.

I hope Nungesser wins millions and millions of dollars from Columbia, and I hope the result includes the firings of those at Columbia who allowed Sulkowicz to defame Nungesser publicly over and over, daily, with her celebrated rape hoax.

The only thing this lawsuit sadly cannot do is make Sulkowicz accountable for what she did, just as there is no way the previous rapehoaxer "Jackie" will ever be held accountable.

The schools are violating Title IX in their actions toward male students, and it will only stop when cases like this are a guaranteed response to their mistreatment.

All I can say is that I hate agreeing with FOX news.

But like the ass holes they are they had to ruin it by making a quip comparing this situation to the "Hands up don't shoot" culture. Which is not even the same because we have VIDEO EVIDENCE of cops killing people. This girl didn't even have enough proof to pass her University Grievance Committee. Fucking hoe got called a hoe, then calls rape.
