Why is the sidebar heralded as the end all be all of TRP but a lot of it seems to be tons of retreading about "Don't get married, women want you to get a certain job that you dont want, don't fall under the expectations of society, etc.", yet there is very little to tell you how to improve yourself. Sidebar says to lift, socialize, and get new hobbies. But it doesn't talk about much more than that. Sidebar seems to be a bunch of theory being thrown around.
