Hey all, I'm working on defending my anti-feminism to my feminist friends, and a big part of it involves the racist/otherwise discrimatory (not just against the omnipotent "straight white cis male") effects of policies which feminists are pushing to combat "rape culture". I was wanting to pair a feminist article I read a while back with this piece from the Harvard Law Review, which points out that feminist-inspired sexual-misconduct policies on campuses disproportionately harm innocent members of racial (and other) minorities who are frequently sexually stigmatized. The article I'm trying to find basically says that yes, some innocent men will be sacrificed for these policies, affirmative-consent laws, etc., but that that's a necessary sacrifice for "equality" (or, more likely, its trendy cousin, "equity"). I don't even remember what site it was on though I'm sure it was a prominent pro-feminist news site, and I know it was posted to this sub a while back. I don't remember any specific phrases from it either, or the author's name, but I seem to remember that he was a white, probably straight metrosexual/hipster gent, who of course doesn't see race and so has never considered that anything that necessarily punishes a certain amount of innocent men will mostly target innocent minority men. (I'm one of these "privileged gay white cis male misogynist shitlords", if you ask enough feminists.)

Hope this rings a bell with someone who can find the article for me.
