donotlink is merely putting the page from the Telegraph into a frame. My computer is still downloading the page directly from the Telegraph, so I don't know how this prevents them from logging another user visiting their page. archive.is actually backs up a copy of the page and hosts it themselves, completely circumventing the original host, in this case telegraph.co.uk.
