I'm not really in the position of giving advise, as I'm a recovering nice guy with a dry spell of 11 years (I'm 28) and on TRP for 3 months or so after my first girlfriend left for my brother. But as a fellow aspie, I think I can give you some tips that for me worked to be comfortable around girls and people in general. Obviously, lifting is a must and wearing nice fitting clothes.

That said, we aspies are idiots when it comes to emotional intelligence, we don't get most of the social clues. One thing that worked for me is to learn to read body language. I found that in my case is better to learn this kind of things algorithmicaly. With this knowledge, you will be very (and I mean very) sensitive to what the people is feeling around you. But even better, you will be conscious of your own body language. You will need to project confidence. This was very hard for me but force the eye contact, fuck-eye people on the street. I was once on the bus and eye-fucked a girl on the street. For the way she laughed I'm convinced there was the Niagara between her legs.

I'm not some who can speak when there are more than three people on the group, but I can infodump when one to one. I try to avoid consciously this kind of behavior. Infodumping is nice sometimes, but the level of detail we give becomes boring. I'm experimenting right now with speaking less and give my opinion about the conversation argument. Beware, opinion, not judgement.

Finally, get in the habit of touching. Anyone, males, females, trees with holes, everything. Handshake, hand in the shoulders, casual arm touching, begin with those.

Other than that, the sidebar. Just remember that females are like males with tits and holes. They also shit and fart (and I'm convinced that overall, a guy who don't wash for a week stink less than a girl who don't wash for a week). They are also dumber when it comes to what they want, but very smart when it come to how to obtain it. As an aspie I found the pill very easy to swallow, as it made sense with the experimental evidence of the world (I also overanalyzed every day of my relationship and memorized the 5336 text we sent via WS).
