This case just seems unbelievable. The thing about condoms is you can see them. if she didn't wan to have sex without a condom -- which is only what she claims anyway -- then simply observe the man has no condom and say you don't want to have sex. She's not claiming rape here so she's not claiming that happened. She is saying she consented but then claiming that -- what? she didn't really want to consent? Irrelevant. People do stuff they aren't 100% happy with all the time. She's responsible for the consequences of her actions, not him.

It doesn't add up. As reported the judge decided to give her 2 million dollars just because she had sex with him.

I wonder if he gave her a disease, the future medical costs seem pretty high otherwise, also 2.7 million seems like a large settlement to volountarily agree to unless you don't want specific info to come out in a trial.
