Watched that last night. I was surprised Stewart even asked the question about "how do you respond to criticisms that the colleges treat the accused poorly" (or something like that).

The funny part was the response. They made zero distinction between an accused and a perpetrator. The answer they gave (something about how few rapists are expelled) just assumed that if a person is accused, the person is guilty - typical.

The woman incorrectly said the number of false rape accusations are the same as other crimes when the FBI says they're double.

Of course they feel the falsely accused are just "acceptable loses". I guess we're revamping the saying to "It's better to let 1000 guility men free than punish 1 innocent man...unless we're talking rape then reverse that"
