I too was amazed just now.
The news here in Belgium did a piece on cyber-sex-tourism by peadophiles. (Watching a live stream of a child being abused)
They said that "a person over here who pays and watches these acts for his or her pleasure is just as guilty as the person doing the abuse on the other side of the world"

It's not clear to me that the person is male. The story uses the male pronoun but at the same time seems to say they are MTF female transgendered. Confusing article as far as the sex of the principle.
