The problem with your mentality is the part about the covert leverage you are trying to get. Sure these girls are pretty, but the chances of them taking an interest in you over your knowledge is pretty close to nothing. Dumb jocks always get the women, because it's more about how fun and interesting it is to be around them. Most of the time they are dumb as rocks. If they ask you for help, you make them pay with money. You see them as dollar bills and nothing else. There are millions of attractive women in the world, this small handful is nothing. Get it out of your head that if you do things for women they will find you sexually attractive, that's what perpetuates your nice guy. Your goal should be making them do for you, not you doing for them.

What really matters is establishing to them and yourself that you and your time is valuable. Don't simply tell them to fuck off, instead tell them you tutor when it's convenient for you, and tell them it's a rate that almost seems too high($30-40/ hour maybe). There you aren't closing doors, you are putting yourself as too expensive for them, and raising your value with them and the girlfriends they gossip with.
