Can somebody link the actual report. I can't see anything in this article that refers to the conclusions of the report itself or the suggestion that there is no "rape culture".

I personally don't believe there is a "rape culture" especially on university campuses, but I also don't see any evidence that the report came to that conclusion.

Heres the report, be sure to view the statistics of where they faced the assault and what types they were.

I didn't know the report was online, the news cast I saw was on TV and the reporter said there was no implication of rape culture on campus. As for the 'rape culture' board, look up the reason the board was invented.

Fun fact: according to this study, posting embarrasing photos is considered harrasment.

funnily enough: the reason males didn't report being sexually harassed is because theres no place for them to report it on campus. Weird that a place for them to do so wasn't in the proposal for making the campus rape culture free.
