Why do so many post to men's rights sound like whiny bitching?

I subscribe and there is obviously a need to bring these issues to light for fairness and equality. But too many of these posts sound like little kids bitching and whining. We need to man the f up and go about it in a different way. No more waaaaaa women are so pampered waaaa were men. Man up. No more bitchy whiny posts
