Here's what they do that pisses me off:

  1. Abuse disjunctive statements. A disjunctive statement is an inclusive "or" statement. So for instance, the statement: "I have a pickle or Obama is a carrot" is true if either I have a pickle but Obama is not a carrot, Obama is a carrot but I do not have a pickle, or Obama is a carrot and I have a pickle.

  2. Use cases that in many instances are not rape:

  4. Use cases that are either possibly immoral or clearly immoral (my own inclusive or) but not rape. Remember, there's a gap between mere immorality and rape.

How many people have ever exposed their sexual body parts to you, flashed you, or masturbated in front of you?

Clearly #4. No rape happens in this situation.

How many people have ever made you show your sexual body parts to them? Remember, we are only asking about things that you didn’t want to happen:

Not rape, but extremely immoral and should be illegal if done by force. "Made" is ambiguous though.

How many people have ever made you look at or participate in sexual photos or movies?:

Clearly #1 and #4. Why are these things paired together? This is like saying that sending you a dick pick is not only rape but equal with making you provide nudes of yourself for public viewing. Why count these the same way?

How many people have ever harassed you while you were in a public place in a way that made you feel unsafe?

How many people have ever kissed you in a sexual way? Remember, we are only asking about things that you didn’t want to happen:

Clearly #2. This would count a case where there's a genuine accident, the kisser profusely and sincerely apologizes, and the two remain friends.

Is this one serious? The first is a clear case of #4 or maybe even #3, as is the second. The third is actually a legitimate reason to end a relation ship so that's like a #3 on steroids. The fourth is a #2 since sometimes reputations are very important. With the talk here of false rape accusations, we should all be acutely aware of that -- which might make this a slight #1 too.

How many people have you had vaginal, oral, or anal sex with after they pressured you by wearing you down by repeatedly asking for sex, or showing they were unhappy?

Seriously? This is literally nagging. #3.

How many people have you had vaginal, oral, or anal sex with after they pressured you by using their authority over you, for example, your boss or your teacher?

Real rape.
