depressing how most comments there show people thinking her being punished for a VIOLENT PHYSICAL ATTACK is silly....

And as someone has pointed out to them in the comments repeatedly; If the genders had been reversed, nobody would be claiming it was silly to call the cops

yes, double standards suck. but please, can someone tell me why ANYONE (man or woman) should go to jail for a single, stupid slap?

Maybe this will be enough to make women realise they do not have the right to slap men with impunity. Until women do get that message women should receive harsher sentences than men for the same crimes.
