Take Jorge Pena's case to heart: Self defense is always allowed, even when it's a woman.

As such, within the strictures of self defense, somebody should have smacked her silly.

BTW: I could swear this video is oldoldold, but all searches claim it's new. Maybe it's just really close to a prior event.
