Yes, she is an example of why when someone says they are a feminist, you know virtually nothing about their views that you wouldn't know without it. The term is worthless, in that it doesn't communicate any useful information. It contains too many contradictions without anything to distinguish them.

It's a movement that called out bullshit from some terrible people who did some stupid things.
What if Zoe and her friends had all been Christians, trying to spread shitty Christian propaganda, and called for support from other Christians when they got caught doing stuff that was wrong? Would that mean all of the people who have a problem with it are anti-Christianity? Not at all.
The Gamergate stuff is anti-shitty people doing immoral things. It's not important what causes those shitty people happen to support or oppose.

It's debatable.
Let me come up with a shitty analogy real quick... suppose you offered a wide variety of people the opportunity to hack google.com and replace the site with a message of their own choosing.
A lot of people wouldn't do it, recognizing that it's a crappy thing to do. Some people would do it, pushing their own ideas in front of millions of people. Some would write an anti-abortion message, some would offer their opinion about fixing out health care system, some would write a pro-religion or anti-religion message, and so on. (Let's just pretend that 90% of the people doing it wouldn't be posting cat pictures or Dick Butt or whatever.)
If a person does hack the site and posts a pro-Democrat speech, do you blame the Democratic Party? If they post a pro-MRA message, do you blame the MRM?
Tons of groups are trying to spread their own message. But you wouldn't always blame the group for the bad behavior of one of its members.

That's not entirely what it's about. The reviews are a small piece of it. It's more about censorship, bullying, slander, disregard for individuals.

It's anti victim-feminism and anti gender-feminism, it's not anti equity-feminism or anti dictionary-feminism.
