Oh lordy, that was a gruesome read. I dont think Ive even seen someone lick feminist assholes as much as this guy just did. Not even feminists. Between the generalizations of women being less homophobic than men (?), blaming her crimes on the fact that her father was a cop and because Misogyny! and "straight male privilege", (not to mention the bigotry directed against Catholics in the comments), my head is spinning. Its almost laughably patronizing to women, and the writers is even aware of it:

Women may not always be gay men’s allies, but they’re rarely our enemies."

It’s sexist to think that women are nurturing, not nihilistic, but we still do tend to believe that.

Then so are the men who were also charged. But they didn't have bigoted Twitter accounts. They didn't have privileged police chief parents.

They are, however, adorable. And she looks like a cow. That's going to make a difference to gay men.
