This is learned behavior from her childhood It may be hard to break this habit my mom used to do it

This is a trait in narcissist or borderline I can't remember

You got to talk to her when she sane and tell this is not the right way to deal with shit as an adult that she needs to learn to communicate and tell you what is wrong so you can deal with it
