Push = Teasing, playfully negging/disqualifying her. You can see this as the part where you establish your value in the interaction. Basically you are treating her in a way only someone who has higher SMV options than her would treat her. She picks up on this and your value in her eyes goes up. When she sees you as a high value man she sees you as a source of validation. The validation of high value men is like heroine to women. This is where the pull comes in.

Pull = basically giving her some of validation, and showing that you actually like her. It includes, but is not limited to compliments. However, when talking to higher tier women, every AFC has complemented her on her looks. IME of you want to compliment her, compliment some little detail she has put into her appearance, for example "I like your bracelet". Kino is also a part of the pull.

As mentioned previously, women want the validation of high value men like heroine addicts want heroine. However the value of your validation goes down the more you give it to her, and you should never validate her before establishing sufficient value as you will come off as beta if you do it too soon.

One can break these dynamics down, but to pull it off and alternate between the push and pull naturally you have to have experience. There is no way to know what "sufficient value" is for each interaction, that comes to you naturally in the moment when you have enough social calibration/competence - experience.
