I got REAL lucky when I got 50/50. My ex-wife was a real scumbag who pretty well abandoned our girls, but things like that don't often matter to the court. Even though I'm not overly fond of her, I think both parents are an important part of kids' lives.

Let's hope the courts start leaning this direction too.

Nothing other than 50%-50% visitation and custody by default of law will do, but then the State would be out of a shit-ton of money they skim off the payments, attorneys would lose out shit-tons of money, and the courts and we would need less staff and judges, and fewer prisons and correctional officers and no child support staff and on and on and on... plus the economy would not be seeing the artificial stimulation by the redistribution of wealth to the gender who spends 85% of disposable income into it.... and that's only scratching the surface.
