Bruh

So my boyfriend and I have been dating since February 2022. I regularly stayed the night at his house and I noticed a few months in that I have never seen him brush his teeth. He had a toothbrush and toothpaste in his bathroom so I thought I was probably just being paranoid. We just moved in together in July and I can confirm that he has not brushed his teeth, nor does he even have a toothbrush/toothpaste in his bathroom. His breath regularly smells very bad and I struggle to want to kiss him or even initiate intimacy because of this. How do I bring up the topic of him changing his habits without making him feel judged or attacked. He has a short temper and gets defensive fairly easily so I want to keep that in mind.
