If someone has a diagnosed condition like autism, it’s doubtful. If it’s just social maladjustment from being treated poorly, they will eventually adapt to their new position on the social hierarchy, but it won’t suddenly send them back in time to have certain experiences during an age where most of their peers did. They will still be stunted and struggle to relate or pair well with same age partners imo. We are going to see a lot more Manchilds, Peter pans in the coming decade along with normalization of sex work, Chad harems, and a plummeting birth rate/ltr rate. That’s my prediction.
