3. Mandatory paternity testing at birth. All fathers are legally required to undergo a paternity test for their child. This will significantly decrease the amount of cucking that occurs. If a man wishes to care for a child that is not biologically his, he may choose to do so. However, he is never obligated and may cease all support at any time.
