First: remembering the simple fact that if people don't like you (especially so called family and friends), then they secretly want you to go down in flames, and they secretly want you to do their dirty work for them. They'd use your self deletion to antagonise you further, wash their hands of any accountability, and move on like it never happened. Humans are no diffent from animals, and in animal species, you either drive the competition out, or you kill them.

Second: in my bedroom safe, I have a bag of £100 coins, because in 90's video games, if you collected 100 gold pieces, you were given an extra life. So, at low points, I look at that bag of coins and try to remember, that the game isn't over yet.

Although, if I lived in the states or Switzerland, then the temptation would be much higher.
