"Creative types" are artists, graphic designers, writers, etc. Recently, they've been complaining a lot about how they're being replaced with artificial intelligence. They are no longer needed, they are being replaced, and find themselves without employment. Employment is the analog to sex/dating/relationships. The employer is the other person they are in a relationship with. Well, now they aren't wanted, just like incels. They complain like incels, and - predictably - people give the same kind of "advice" to them.

For example, there's a post "Lost all my content writing contracts. Feeling hopeless as an author." on r/ChatGPT (not going to link, but easy to find). Here's a quote:

I think the most painful part of this is seeing so many people on here say things like, "nah, just adapt. You'll be fine."

Adapt to what??? It's an uphill battle against a creature that has already replaced me and continues to improve and adapt faster than any human could ever keep up.

That's analogous to telling incels "you can be happy being single."
