Attraction as Sexual Currency

  • I propose thinking about the nebulous force of sexual attraction as a currency to facilitate economic use of our personal resources.
  • A woman’s attraction currency is spent to buy approaches from men. A man’s currency is spent for the opportunity to initiate a sexual encounter. Men and women both have attraction-producing assets, men have many, whereas women have one.
  • Time is the ultimate resource, we should seek to invest it in assets that have the highest time-in-attraction-out ratios.
  • Game is labor, a direct exchange of time for money, and therefore not an efficient use of time.
  • Women are trading platforms for sex and they all enforce a minimum attraction balance. If you do not meet the minimum, you don’t get to play.
  • The smart investor/philanderer should put his time and money into assets that guarantee him attraction from — and thereby access to — as many women as possible.
  • The "game" of guys who get laid a lot is primarily a tool for finding and capitalizing on opportunity; asset management, not labor.
