I actually know a few instances of this happening to friend.. three very close friends..

One, my buddy decided to move up to his cousin's house with his "girlfriend" and his cousin was married, in the military, lived in a nice house on a lake. His cousin and wife were trying to get pregnant. They're both close friends of mine actually.
