Either way humanity is doomed, unless you get to keep your genitalia in this scenario. If the genitalia remains you can still make a viable next generation by choosing women even if society would collapse in a day. Choosing men would keep society intact, but we would have to get the ball rolling on test tube babies.

Regardless, this question seems more like a sexual fantasy than a moral dilemma so I'm not sure if it belongs here.

If all women suddenly disappeared then men would just live out the rest of their lives without much issue. Obviously they could not reproduce, but they wouldn't have a hard time living out the rest of their lives. If all men disappeared most women would be dead within a year or two.
