I've read one of their threads about this. Their logic is that it is dehumanizing, because people use the term "female" when describing animal species. Like you wouldn't call a horse a woman, but you call them "female."

They just want things to complain about. Female is apparently offensive because it makes them feel like an animal species. The term woman makes them feel old. The term girl is okay when they use it apparently no matter how old they are, so they can feel youthful. I've literally seen 40 year old woman refer to themselves as girls. Buttt if a man calls them girl then it's imfantilizing them. You literally can't win. So I just settle on "bitches".

I find this post horribly offensive because clearly nobody here knows that a word can be both a noun and an adjective.

Referring to a woman as 'a female' (ie, using the word as a noun) is disrespectful. Men who talk about women like this typically do it deliberately because they know it is disrespectful.

Using the adjective 'female' is descriptive and not inherently disrespectful. For example, female doctor or female athlete.
