Seems supportive of things like high testosterone males won't take chips or any half measure and their innate competitiveness drives them to reject offers when they seemed fucked over by the trader. The implications are broad, testosterone predicts aggression, confidence, decision making and dominance. It's basicly the "you don't play me, mate". If you want to take home $80 while i have to take home $20 then we both take home $0 and idgaf.

Literally me lol.

This is a good trait, dont be like me and try to suppress this side of yourself for the sake of pleasing people

It's terrible being a short ugly guy with high T. People get fucking PISSED when I don't roll over for them. They only like when Chad has self-respect. They expect guys like me to act like Danny Devito.

I have 2 short friends in school. One of them is normal, other one is thick and he goes to gym. When they stand together I get suprised because they have same height. Thick one looks longer.

Getting muscle helps with short height.

Then get jacked, people expect jacked guys to stand up for themselves even if they're short

I do agree with you and find it important to point out that jacked = steroids. That's not for everyone and may be a choice for life. A natural joe won't achieve that physique of jacked unless genetically blessed or living for it. The average person that works, commutes and has a life can't achieve that physique naturally .

[–]purplepilldthrowaway 21 points22 points23 points 4 years ago (13 children) | Copy Link

Jacked is a spectrum. A guy who works out regularly looks WAY better than a guy who has no muscle, even if the first guy doesn't look like Zyzz. And yes, steroids are an option if you do wanna look properly "jacked" (but do a bunch of research first on how to do them healthily), but if you don't already work out hard and consistently, start there, because you're really shortchanging yourself otherwise.

Well yeah getting jacked takes a specific process, and not everybody who works out 1) knows how to do it properly, or 2) even cares to get jacked. That doesn't contradict what I've said

You're saying this dude works out a LOT? What do you think he'd look like if he never worked out? If the answer is "the exact same" it sounds like he either doesn't work out that much, or doesn't push hard when he does.

Also "work out" is vague, you could do a shitload of cardio and still look meh (but still better than you'd look if you never worked out), or you could lift weights hard and consistently, put on some muscle, and look way better.

I googled "average guy" and this was the first result. IME guys who don't work out usually look like this or worse (body wise) and this is with a shirt on. I doubt this guy you're talking about looks this bad.

I don't think you understood my question. You're saying he looks "normal". I'm saying if he didn't work out, I'm guessing he'd look worse than this "normal" you're referring to.

My main point is very practical here. Work out well, consistently, it's worth it, you'll look better and feel better. There's no "out" I'm looking for, it's a pretty non controversial point that working out makes you look better.

Meaning dudes who dont work out dont look outside of the norm.

I don't think you know what "norm" means if you don't think it coincides with "average"

> Your point isnrt controversial it just isnt as succinct as you would like to think

Go back and read my first comment, it's pretty clear my main point is "you should work out hard and consistently, you'll look way better".

If you wanna stay skinnyfat without muscles (or whatever body type you have) go for it bro. I'm not really down to keep going on random tangents trying to convince you that working out will make you look better, you sound pretty nihilistic about working out already.

that's obvious by your attempt to clearly obfuscate my point.

Also goddamn what's with all the paranoid projection of malice? I'm trying to find an out, I'm trying to obfuscate your point, etc? How bout I'm just making a point myself that working out will in general make you look a lot better than if you didn't work out? Your point is "I know people who work out and you can't tell when they have clothes on" and my response is 1) chances are you can tell, just like you can tell in the pic I linked that dude clearly does not work out regularly, and 2) those guys you know would probably look worse if they didn't work out.

I never claimed my point was succinct, you're bringing me on multiple tangents which is why I'm saying multiple things in this thread which branch out from the original topic of "working out makes you look much better".

[–] A_Group_of_Crows 0 points 1 point 2 points 4 years ago   (3 children) | Copy Link

Anything less than acceptance of the fact that working out makes you look better is copium for the lazy and undisciplined. Looking at it in a more malicious way, fuck him. If he doesn't work out that means more pussy for the ones who do.

Don't cast pearls before swine.

[–] purplepilldthrowaway 0 points 1 point 2 points 4 years ago   (2 children) | Copy Link

Honestly I think more than half of the black pill community who think they're incel, just haven't even properly tried to become more attractive or even set foot in a gym

[–] Xralius 0 points 1 point 2 points 4 years ago   (0 children) | Copy Link

Yep. Almost every time you see an incel breaking out of it, one of the first things they talk about is hitting the gym.

[–]Xralius 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Jacked =/= roids. There are different levels of jacked and you can certainly be jacked without looking like Arnold.

Does the trader and the subject both put 20$ on the table or is the 40$ from the house in the study? Didn't quite understand the rules.
