Yeah Chad is just the name that stuck. I'm quite sure that there are ugly dudes with that name just as they are ugly Stacies. Any normal name will do. Jason, Nicholas, Josh, Jake, Brad, Max, Jerome are just some examples. For an added kick use Italian or Spanish names.

Edit just don't use Luigi FFS.

Use Cameron, Blake, Jack, Bradley, Tony, Mike, Jeremy, etc.

There are tons of average white dude names that are practically synonymous with Chad.
