My ex wife and ex girlfriend are collaborating to exclude me from my daughter’s bat mitzvah. It’s during my parenting weekend, and have not agreed to a swap. I received a message from the ex wife saying if I allow my ex girlfriend to come with our youngest daughter (my ex girlfriend and my daughter, not ex wife) she would agree to myself and my family attending the party. This seems like collusion for alienation to me, speaking across 2 custody agreements. Do I have grounds for a motion of contempt for alienation?
